4. Life is Beautiful

The film stars Abijeet, Sudhakar Komakula, Kaushik Darbha, Shagun Kaur, and Zara Shah as leading performers, with Shriya Saran, Anjala Zaveri, and Amala Akkineni in crucial supporting parts. 1. Raaz : The Mystery Continues

In an unsettling scheme of things, an ambitious artist’s works begin to affect the life of a girl who appears to be the model that he portrayed just four months earlier. Emraan Hashmi, Kangana Ranaut, and Adhyayan Suman appear in this Indian Hindi-language supernaturally terrifying thriller directed by Mohit Suri. The film is the sequel and second entry in the Raaz series.Though the film is a sequel, it doesn’t relate to the 1st installment. 2. Pizza

Pizza is a ghostly suspense thriller film authored and directed by freshman Karthik Subbaraj that premiered in Tamil in 2012. Santhosh Narayanan composed the musical accompaniment for the album and background score. Kabilan, Arunraja Kamaraj, Muthamil, and Vineeth wrote the prose for the songs. The film featured Vijay Sethupathi in the primary role, which helped him gain a large fan base.The film is all about odd and frightening things that continue to occur at the cottage where our male protagonist visits and experiences odd things. 3. 13B

Vikram Kumar wrote and directed the Tamil-language horror film Yavarum Nalam. The film stars R. Madhavan and Neetu Chandra. Suresh Balaje and George Pius produced the film, which was concurrently produced and distributed in Hindi as 13B: Fear Has a New Address. The exceptional storyline and performances have made the film a discussion among the people. You can go for this film as you can pass your time and not regret later. 4. Charulatha

Charulatha is a Kannada and Tamil horror movie. Pon Kumaran, a former partner of K. Bhagyaraj and K. S. Ravikumar helmed this movie, which stars Priyamani in the lead. Sundar C Babu created the soundtrack for the film. The plot revolves on conjoined twins.Priyamani did a great job in this film. One can watch this film on Amazon Prime video.

5. Arundhati

This film is watchable on Amazon Prime, sunNxt and Zee5 platforms. Anushka Shetty was featured in this film. This is a telugu film directed by Kodi Ramakrishna. You can never get bored of this film as the acting done by Anushka as Jejamma and Arundhati is remarkable and Sonu sood was equally fantastic. 

6. The Priest

Jofin T. Chacko directs The Priest is a Malayalam-language spooky thriller film. Mammootty, Nikhila Vimal, Baby Monica, and V.P Venkitesh feature in the film. Manju Warrier makes an extensive cameo appearance in the film’s second section. This is a highly intriguing mystery that you can watch on Amazon Prime.

Sagara Sangamam is written and directed by K.Vishwanath. The film was released on 9th June 1983. The film stars Kamal Hassan, Jayaprada and Sarath Babu in the lead roles. The storyline portrays the eternal devotion of Balu(Kamal Hassan) towards dance. He is a fine Kuchipudi, Bhratanatyam and Kathak dancer in this film. The climax of the movie is one of the best performances delivered by the team on the whole. Kamal hassan’s versatile acting and dance moves you from inside. This movie showed one of the finest performances of Kamal Hassan and Jayaprada. The film is available on the SunNxt and Voot streaming platforms.

2. Geetanjali

Geethanjali was the only film directed by Mani Rathnam in Telugu. It starred Nagarjuna Akkineni  and Girija in lead roles. One has to remember this film for it being the epitome of love depiction. Every scene which was shot in the film portrays pure emotion and romance. It is said that the director often scheduled shoots in the early morning to make the scene look romantic. Fascinating part of the film is how the female and male leads made their love eternal though they suffer from chronic disease. The soundtrack composed by Ilaiyaraaja is evergreen. 3. Kshana Kshanam

Kshana Kshanam is a road-thriller film written and directed by Ram Gopal Varma. Venkatesh Daggubati and Sridevi play crucial roles. The storyline captures the escapade of the duo in a bank robbery case. Kshana Kshanam is noted for the innovative approach to humour.The film presented so elegantly and humorously that they almost instinctively cause laughter. The screenplay of RGV is definitely a thing to be discussed. The music composed by M.M. Keeravani and the exceptional vocals of S.P. Balasubramaniam and Chitra that added life to the words of Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry. Ram Gopal Varma’s directorial debut is Siva, a Telugu-language criminal-themed film. It features Nagarjuna, Amala, and Raghuvaran. Siva is a film produced by Akkineni Venkat and co-produced by Yarlagadda Surendra under the joint ownership of Annapurna Studios and SS Creations. This film is often considered as the ABCD of Telugu Cinema for its mass touch. The movie’s famous plot of proceeding the fight scenes with a cycle chain is still in the minds of the audience. 5. Aa Naluguru

Another classic film in telugu that never fails to leave a mark is Aa Nalugru written and directed by Chandra Siddaartha. It features Rajendra Prasad and Aamani in the lead roles. It is a message oriented film which definitely makes you emotional in the end. Rajendra Prasad was shown in a whole new angle in this film. The obvious family man struggling to be honest and with ethics and the difficulties faced by him when he finally decides to end his life was beautifully souled by him. 6. Narasimha

Narasimha is a Telugu dubbed version of the Tamil film Padayappa. The film is directed by K. S Ravikumar. This film stars RajiniKanth and Soundarya as the positive leads and Ramya Krishnan in the negative lead. The role of Ramya Krishnan is so powerful in this film. Her exceptional acting as an antagonist in this film has become a template to many others. It is also a major success in her whole career. You can sense a versatility with the character “Neelambari”. The dialogues and conversation of Rajinikanth and Ramya Krishnan are awesome. The concept of female villains arose from here. The film is a sensation at any given point of time. A.
