Ram Charan is basking in the success of Peddi, a film that has emerged as a major relief after the setback of Game Changer. Riding high on impressive box-office collections and overwhelming audience appreciation, the actor delivered an emotional speech at the film’s success meet, expressing gratitude to fans, the cast, and the crew.

Speaking at the event, Ram Charan said he was deeply moved by the immense love being showered on Peddi by audiences and fans. He revealed that he chose the project not because of any external pressure, but solely because he believed in the honesty and emotional depth of director Buchi Babu’s story. Watching the film’s collections and audience support grow across India and overseas has been extremely satisfying, he added.

The actor recalled watching the film at Prasads IMAX and being amazed by the audience’s reaction. According to him, viewers were applauding even the most unexpected scenes, creating a memorable theatrical experience.

In a statement that caught everyone’s attention, Ram Charan said Peddi would remain either the No. 1 or No. 2 film in his entire career library. He revealed that after hearing the story for the first time, he was so emotional that he immediately hugged director Buchi Babu. However, he later realized that the film was a “razor-edge” subject filled with risks and far from a conventional commercial formula.

Despite those challenges, Charan said the film’s success proves that audiences always support sincere and honest storytelling. He expressed happiness that Peddi is being embraced by viewers of all age groups, from children to grandparents, making it a true family entertainer.

He noted that the producer stood firmly behind the film throughout its nearly 185-day shoot, ensuring a smooth production process.
