Nandu’s World YouTuber Rama Nandana Detained! Cheating Allegations Lead To Major Action

Telugu YouTuber Rama Nandana, known for her YouTube channel Nandu’s World with over 2.5 million subscribers, has reportedly been detained at Shamshabad Airport in Hyderabad after returning from the UK. The development comes in connection with cheating allegations and a lookout notice reportedly issued against her a few months ago.

According to reports, Nandana and her husband Madhukar have been accused of allegedly collecting large sums of money from several individuals by promising to arrange job opportunities in the UK. It is alleged that the couple received amounts ranging between ₹15 lakh and ₹20 lakh from each person, but later failed to fulfil the promises made to them.

The alleged visa consultancy scam gained significant attention on social media and television after several victims reportedly came forward with bank transaction statements and raised serious allegations against the couple.

The controversy intensified in June following a major social media campaign targeting the couple. After remaining silent for several days, Nandana and her husband reportedly issued a statement warning of strict action against those allegedly spreading misinformation about them. However, their response did not put an end to the controversy, as allegations and complaints continued to surface.

With multiple complaints and police cases reportedly registered in Krishna district, lookout notices were issued in connection with the investigation. Following her detention at Hyderabad airport, Nandana is expected to be handed over to Ibrahimpatnam police for further questioning regarding the allegations.

Meanwhile, Rama Nandana had earlier grabbed considerable attention after appearing alongside Megastar Chiranjeevi in Mana Shankar Varaprasad, which brought her further recognition among Telugu audiences.

The latest development has now put the alleged visa consultancy case back in the spotlight, with further details expected to emerge as the police investigation progresses.

Tamil Nadu CM Vijay’s fiery Assembly speech has become a major talking point, as he launched a sharp attack on the previous DMK government, raising serious allegations of corruption, party funding and the TASMAC liquor network.

He further claimed that those involved were referred to as the “Karur gang” and alleged that the collection was carried out through an organised network.

The Chief Minister also criticised what he described as the crude political mindset of sections of the DMK leadership. Referring to an alleged remark about people who do not vote for the party, Vijay questioned whether a political party should continue with such an approach.

Having promised that Monday’s session would witness political fireworks, the Chief Minister appeared to deliver exactly that, taking on the previous administration on multiple fronts.
