Shiva Nirvana will soon release the love comedy Kushi in the Indian Telugu language. The actors Vijay Deverakonda together with Samantha Ruth Prabhu are its stars, while Mythri Movie Makers is the producer. The premiere of this movie is set for September 1, 2023. It was announced in December 2019 that Dil Raju was going to produce the movie with Sri Venkateswara Creations, with Shiva Nirvana directing Vijay Deverakonda. The glimpse was then officially released in April 2022 under the working title #VD11, with Mythri Filmmakers serving as the production company. The movie’s title was formally stated to be Kushi in May 2022.
The main shoot started in April 2022. In Kashmir, the preliminary schedule came to an end in May 2022. The second schedule started in Hyderabad, Vizag, and Alappuzha in June 2022. Samantha, however, was diagnosed with myositis, which forced the suspension of filming. The third schedule started in November 2022, when Devarakonda and the ensemble arrived on location and began filming their individual scenes devoid of Samantha. When Samantha arrived on the movie’s sets in March 2023 and had fully recovered from her illness, shooting resumed.
The crew released a song called “Naa roja Nuvve” recently. On September 1, 2023, Kushi will be released in Telugu cinemas alongside dubbed in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
