The much-awaited advance bookings for Ram Charan’s Peddi have officially commenced across Andhra Pradesh, creating a wave of excitement among fans. Tickets were initially made available exclusively through the District App before being rolled out on BookMyShow.
Bookings are currently open in key centres including Visakhapatnam, Nellore, Guntur, Ongole, and Anantapur, while ticket sales in the remaining regions are expected to begin shortly. The response from moviegoers has been overwhelming, with tickets selling briskly within minutes of going live.
Reflecting the strong anticipation surrounding the film, Peddi began hourly trending on BookMyShow almost immediately after bookings opened, signaling a highly promising start for the Ram Charan starrer.
Meanwhile, ticket bookings in Telangana are yet to commence, as the makers await the government order (GO) regarding the proposed ticket price hike.
Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi is a sports action drama featuring Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead. The film is scheduled for paid preview shows on June 3, ahead of its grand worldwide release on June 4. The music is composed by AR Rahman, adding further buzz to one of the most anticipated releases of the year.
