The controversy surrounding RAW NTR, a fan organization named after Jr NTR, continues to dominate discussions among the actor’s fanbase. While criticism has grown over the past few days, the organization has strongly denied all allegations and maintained that its activities are purely focused on social service.
According to the group, it has never engaged in any wrongdoing and exists only to unite Jr NTR fans while carrying out charitable initiatives. RAW NTR members also made it clear that they would discontinue their activities only if Jr NTR himself directly asked them to do so.
The issue has now divided Jr NTR fans into three distinct groups.
The first section has come out firmly in support of RAW NTR. These fans believe the organization is genuinely working to bring together the actor’s admirers and conduct meaningful social service activities in his name. They have openly defended the group across social media platforms.
A second section has chosen to remain neutral. These fans say their loyalty lies only with Jr NTR and that they have no interest in becoming part of fan group politics or controversies. For them, supporting the actor’s films and career is more important than taking sides.
The third group has raised serious concerns about RAW NTR’s activities. Critics question the use of Jr NTR’s name for fundraising and social campaigns, arguing that it could create confusion among fans. They have also objected to posters released by the organization, particularly those referring to a proposed ₹100 crore social initiative and a canteen project, saying there has been no clear explanation about how such large-scale initiatives would be funded or managed.
In response to the growing debate, RAW NTR has announced a press conference on July 18 in Tirupati. The organization says it will provide detailed clarification regarding its objectives, funding process, planned social service initiatives, and future roadmap.
With speculation continuing to grow, the upcoming press meet is expected to be a crucial moment in the controversy. Despite the differences in opinion, one fact remains unchanged fans across all three groups insist that their support for Jr NTR is unwavering and that they do not want anything to damage the star’s reputation or public image.
