Sundeep Kishan is all set to step into an entirely new cinematic space with his upcoming fantasy-adventure film Karikaala – A Magical World. After impressing audiences with Super Subbu and with Sigma awaiting release, the actor is now taking on one of the most ambitious projects of his career.
The makers officially announced the film along with stunning first-look posters that introduce Sundeep Kishan in the powerful role of Karikaala. Sporting a fierce look against the backdrop of a magical fantasy world, the posters promise a visually grand adventure unlike anything the actor has attempted before.
Directed by Ugandhar Muni and produced by Bhavani and Mahidhar Reddy under the Shining Pictures banner, Karikaala – A Magical World is planned as a two-part cinematic saga.
The release dates have also been locked. Part 1 will hit theatres on July 2, 2027, while Part 2 is scheduled to arrive on October 28, 2027. The film will be released simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi, aiming for a wide pan-India audience.
The technical team features Sricharan Pakala as the music composer, Ramcharan Tej Labani as the production designer, Praveen K. Bangari handling cinematography, Rajkumar choreographing the action sequences, and Ayesha Mariam designing the costumes. The makers are expected to reveal the female lead and other casting details in the coming weeks.
With an intriguing fantasy backdrop, a two-part release strategy, and an impressive technical crew, Karikaala – A Magical World is shaping up to be Sundeep Kishan’s most ambitious film yet.
